Availability: We currently do not ship our products internationally; however, we are in the process of providing this service in the near future.

Return & Exchange Policy -
Returns and Exchanges:

Return Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at kosuke.designs@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange, and we will be in contact to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, or a defective product.

Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Exchanges for another product of the same value or store credit may also be offered.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at kosuke.designs@gmail.com with a description and photos of the damaged product + packaging.

Resolution: We will assess the damage and if necessary, provide instructions for returning the product. A replacement or refund will be issued for damaged or defective items.
