Thank you so much for your order! To ensure your new tufted item/s stay in the best condition possible please advise to the instructions below.

• If you ordered a larger product, please unroll your item and lay it on a flat surface (use something to hold edges down if necessary) until the item returns to its original shape

• Strictly no washer & dryer use 

• Gentle hand spot clean with cold water if necessary 

• Lint roller is perfect for gentle general clean (vacuum is an alternative)

• Excessive amounts of heat and water can result in the felt backing detaching and/or being damaged, if this occurs allow the item to air dry completely before carefully using any spray adhesive or hot glue to reattach the backing to its prior form

• All rugs are child and pet friendly, however, share at your own risk as cleaning options are limited

• A light spray or mist of a scent or disinfectant is optional to keep your item feeling fresh

• Please note that all tufted items are made up of predominately wool and felt, due to this overtime your item may show signs of general wear and tear (sun fade, flattening of wool, etc.) this is completely normal and shows the love that you have been giving it
